About My Business

Redefining Athleticism-finding your inner athlete, purpose to train and redefining love for training. My values are to Inspire-Support-Evolve Every client is an athlete to me as their coach, I celebrate them, their journey with me and ensure they keep movement in their lives. It is ALL about them! I am a coach for small group fitness, provide personal training for individuals, sport specific team strength and conditioning training and sport specific training programs for individuals (adults and children). I adapt to individuals recovering from injury, provide alternatives to work towards regaining fitness postpartum and provide programs to prepare individuals towards events. Group fitness training entails a full body workout, strength, conditioning, and explosive movements, to have all-round athleticism. Personal Training-is specific to the individuals and their goals, the training is tailored accordingly. Sport specific training program are delivered via personal training or a written program for individuals to follow in their own time. The programs can be structured towards training for a national representative tournament, world cup campaign or club premier level. I lead by example, stay consistent with my own training, I play hockey at a competitive level and have represented NZ at the masters level. I inspire my clients by participating in events outside of my comfort zone and through my own discipline, my clients see the results and outcome of consistent training. Redefining Athleticism is not just a workout, I creating a true experience for my clients.

Why We Should Win The Peoples Choice Award

I have never thought of myself as an athlete? so what defines an 'athlete'? To me an athlete is an individual who is elite when it comes to events, training and participates in sport at a high level. But i soon came to realise, I am an ultra runner, I love training, I play hockey at a competitive level and play representative national hockey, I have made it to the highest level in my sports, representing NZ at the masters level. So an 'athlete' is anyone that trains, plays sports and races with intent. And as a consequence, Redefining Athleticism was born-finding the inner athlete, that is there for taking!
