Media Release Finalists 2024

The David Awards Finalists Media Release 2024

Every year the calibre of entrants of The David Awards impresses our judges, and 2024 is no exception. We're excited to announce this year’s finalists in our six judged categories.

“2024 is proving to be one of the toughest years on record for New Zealand’s business community. However, this year our finalists are again demonstrating how resourceful, resilient and creative our small business community is. They know how to overcome adversity and grow their business no matter how challenging market conditions may be,” says Judge Glenn Baker.

Through a combination of tenacity, innovative thinking, highly effective marketing, leading-edge technology and smart planning, our finalists are performing exceptionally well and deserve to be applauded for their ongoing success.

The David Awards was started in 2008 to recognise the unsung heroes in home and small business - the Kiwi Davids taking on the Goliaths of the New Zealand business landscape. We are, as always, grateful to our principal sponsor Voyager for coming on board and helping us celebrate the amazing small businesses New Zealand has to offer!

“At Voyager, we’re proud to sponsor the David awards and consistently inspired by the passion and innovation of Kiwi businesses. This year’s finalists truly stand out for their dedication to meeting the needs of their communities. Congratulations to all the finalists – we’re excited to celebrate your success!” says Dylan Pelley, Team Lead of the SME Team, Voyager.
